Transaction Services - Due Diligence/ Valuation / M & A
This world leading Professional Firm of accountants is a market leader in the Middle East; they employ over 3,500 staff and play a high profile role in the region. They are currently expanding their Corporate Finance function; and in particular their Transaction Advisory Services Team. They are seeking a number of experienced bi-lingual staff to join the team. This role is based in Doha with a rapidly expanding team.There are opportunities available for specialists with Transaction service experience, Valuation & Business Modeling and Mergers & Acquisitions.You will be CA, CPA or ACCA qualified; you will need 2 plus years of experience in carrying out technical review and handling financial analysis assignments. You must be able to demonstrate strong analytical & communication skills; the ability to multi-task and to work to deadlines.
