Professional Secretary (2 nos.) - Male/Female
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSUniversity degree or secretarial diploma / Six years experience / Proficient in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. / Typing speed: 60 wpm / Excellent command of English / Excellent office management skills / Possess an organized and logical approach to task management / Willing to work extra hours, if her/his job requires so / Excellent communication (verbal and listening) on phone and in person / Customer facing experience, as the face of the company and first point of contact / Pleasant personality, presentable, highly organized, creative, dynamic, smart and hard worker with ability to work under pressure and handle stress easily / Reliable, attention to details, meticulous, sense of follow up and good reporting skills / Excellent interpersonal skills / Mature and ability to work with a variety of individuals at all levels including customers, employees, etc.
