Counter Staff

To servecustomers in the outlets following laid down procedures of service and hygiene.

 

SCOPE OF DUTIES:

 

1.       Toobserve the rules and regulations of the company.

 

2.       Toserve food and beverages to the customers in the outlets in a timely correctlaid down manner.

 

3.       Toclear tables of dirty cutlery, crockery, glasses whenever necessary.

 

4.       Topresent in the absence of a Steward/Captain the invoice to the customer.

 

5.       Collectpayment from the customer and hand it to the cashier on duty.

 

6.       Toprepare restaurant services mise en place.

 

7.       Tolay tables with cutlery and crockery.

 

8.       Towipe crockery and polish glasses and cutlery after receipt from wash up area.

 

9.       Tokeep empty restaurant tables clean and tidy at all times.

 

10.     Tolook after company equipments and stores.

 

11.     To comply with and practice the company’sestablished Hygiene Policy and Procedures.

 

12.     To understand the overall intentions anddirection of the company with regards to Quality, as formally expressed bysenior management, through the Quality Policy and Quality System established inaccordance with the ISO 9002 International Standard.

 

13.     To observe and enforce the company’s Rulesand Regulations, and report any serious breaches of these rules to immediatesuperiors.

 

14.     To carry out any other duties and tasksrequired by superiors.
