SCOPE OF DUTIES: 1. Tobe aware of and to enforce the rules and regulations of the company. 2. Toreport any serious breaches of these rules and regulations to the Food andBeverage Superintendent. 3. Toensure through proper motivation, supervision and training that pre-determinedstandards of service and hygiene are maintained at all times. 4. Toensure that the correct image of the company is maintained at all times andthat restaurant personnel remain properly attired, clean shaven, polite andcourteous whenever on duty. 5. Tohandle customer comments both adverse and favourable from the outlets withinhis scope of authority and inform the Food and Beverage Superintendent. 6. Toensure that company equipment and stores are not misused. 7. Toensure that all documentation concerning his shift is completed in a correct,clear and concise manner. 8. Togreet guests, seat them and ensure that pre-determined standards of service andattention are offered to them through proper supervision of the staff on duty. 9. Totake the customers order and maximize sales to the customer through improvedsales techniques when taking his order. 10. Todelegate duties to the staff on his rostered shift according to the demands ofthe business. 11. Tocomply with and practice the company’s established Hygiene Policy andProcedures. |
