·         At least a bachelor`s degree in the subject of specialization.

·         Mastery of the subject of specialization.

·         At least five years of experience in teaching the subject.

·         Must be a current teacher, not a withdrawn teacher.

·         Mastery of Arabic and proficiency in English

·         Good knowledge in information and communication technology and ability to use the same in improving the quality of teaching in the classroom.

·         Ability to identify areas that need improvement and seek advice and support from colleagues in this regard.

·         High expectations from himself/herself as a professional teacher and from his students.

·         Commitment, enthusiasm and social skills to play a professional role at school in particular and in the community in general and contribute to the overall progress of the school.
