Our client is a leading Food and FMCG manufacturer working with global brands. They deliver high standard produce and have an excellent reputation for their quality and delivery.

We are now looking for a Marketing Director to fill the role of either a Regional Marketing Director or a Marketing Manager - depending on experience. The role will oversee the Marketing strategy for Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.

JOB OVERVIEW:

Develop the overall direction of the Marketing function based on set strategies, including planning, development and implementation of marketing plans and programs in areas such as market research, sales promotion, pricing, advertising and public relations.
Motivate interest in and support of product knowledge among the Sales force. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Manage and ensure the profitability of each of the products according to the company’s objectives
  • Lead and motivate the department team to ensure standards & objects are achieved
  • Maintain regular visits to the market to ensure proper implementation of the products strategies

·         Ensure accurate & timely supply of rolling sales forecasts to production & finance.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree - preferably in Marketing
  • At least 10 years experience
  • 5 years + working within a Food/ Beverage/ FMCG company
  • 3 years in a Marketing Manager role
  • Excellent command of English
  • To be acquainted with different computer programs
  • Flexibility of relocation between the company’s different branches when required

  • Possess leadership skills
  • Awareness of management by objectives
  • Posses training, coaching and influencing skills
  • Ability to analyze and innovate in order to plan and develop both the business and the employees in the marketing department

  • Up to 65k SAR per month (£207k USD per year) Package
