Our client is a rapidly growing international Insurance company.

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Our client will also consider people who are currently at Finance Manager level for a Finance Manager role.

  • Based in Tax Free Saudi Arabia
  • Open to Malaysian nationalities
  • Visa arranged for you
  • Should have a succesful background in the Insurance industry
  • ?At least 10 years experience in Finance
  • 2 years in a CFO, Senior Finance role minimum
  • Very strong calibre leader

Interviews will be held in Malaysia

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare Periodic financial analysis to identify trends and/or problems
  • Develop and maintain sound internal control procedures
  • manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reports
  • coordinate necessary activities with agencies/ representatives, independent auditors, banks, insurance companies and other outside organisations as required
  • Prepare special financial analysis and recommendations as directed by the company's CEO
  • Responsible for the Risk Management
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with respect to all financial obligations
  • Assume additional responsibilities as required

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of an accredited university
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • At least 2 years experience in a top menagerial financial position
  •  Strong knowledge and actual experience in implementing best practices relatiing to finace and accounting functions
  • at least 3 years experience within the insurance industry
