We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager for one of the UK Fashion Retail labels. The label is on most UK high streets with a great image among consumers with Teenwear, Women’s wear, Footwear, Accessories and more. The brand has an excellent fashion approach.

The successful applicant could be based in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam in Saudi Arabia

JOB OVERVIEW

 

 The job holder will be responsible for managing respective showrooms in their area so as to ensure maximum sales, maximum profitability, and effective stock management to increase customer satisfaction and ensure continued business growth.

The job holder will also be responsible for maintaining the desired visual merchandising, retail operations, customer service, replenishment, recovery standards in his area in the store in all aspects.

 The job holder is also responsible for sponsoring and coaching the team and driving continuous improvements.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·         Financial:

-         Maximise Sales and Profitability

-         Reduce store operating costs

-         Loss Prevention

-         Optimize Inventory process

-         Increase in customer awareness on products

·         Customers:

-         Enhanced store experience

-         Increase in customer awareness on products

·         Current Processes:

-         Adherence to SOPs (Internal to the organization)

-         100% stock availability

·         Capability:

-         Enhance the technical and behavioural skills of the store team

-         Retention of key talent

-         Team Engagement

·         Key Internal Interaction with:

-         Warehouse/ Inventory Controller For placing orders and ensuring stock availability

-         Marketing team For planning and giving feedback on store promotions

-         Visual Merchandising team For planning and giving feedback on store VM standards

-         Finance For discussing and finalising operating budget

-         Human Resources For staff issue and grievance resolution and other hr related matters

-         IT for data entry and reporting

·         Key External Interaction with:

-         Customers For customer conversion by displaying excellent customer service

-         Peers in the Industry to share best in class retail practices
