Based in their Corporate Headquarters in Riyadh, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing, managing and supervising all operations related to company premises, working closely with Marketing Department.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:· Planning, managing and supervising all activities relating to the premises of the company· coordinating with the Department of Marketing and sales management, operation and management support services· Selecting consulting offices (for design and supervision), contractors and suppliers, and following-up to the establishment of new branches, forms and various buildings and expansion of branches· Developing and processing of the projects and setting the required designs and general maintenance of all company premises· Overseeing the leasing of shops in the markets, and plans measures to accomplish these activities.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:· Education: Bachelor in relevant field (Minimum). · Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar position· Saudi nationals and fluent Arabic speakers very welcome to applyKEY SKILLS:· Strong Leadership skills· Advance interpersonal skillsBENEFITS:· Competitive Salary negotiable for high calibre candidates· Excellent Benefits Package: Housing: 3 times of Basic Salary + Transport 10% of Basic Salary
