Our client is a leading retail fashion company. They have transformed the retail landscape of Saudi Arabia through successfully pioneering international retail franchising.

Today they operate over 1000 stores throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and represent over 60 international retail brands.

They are currently looking for an experienced Finance Manager for their expanding team in Riyadh. This role is open to all nationalities that have strong experience in this area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Providing and interpreting financial information

·       Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends

·       Analyze the change and advising accordingly

·       Formulating strategic and long-term business plans

·       Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance

·       Able to develop financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk

·       Responsible for conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities

·       Managing financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems

·       Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out

·       Responsible for producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines

·       Prepare and manage budgets

·       Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation

·       Fully conversant on excel and PowerPoint and any relevant software but at least these two in good detail

·       Fully conversant with the preparation of cash flow projections, capital expenditure projections.

·       Fully conversant with that analysis of gross margin make up at retail

·       Fully conversant with currency exchange factors

·       Good financial in depth analysis

·       Fully conversant with suitable financial models/tools to manage the above

KEY SKILLS:

·         Accounting qualification preferred (not essential)

·         Preferable experience using Oracle

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

·         Retail experience essential

• Financial background
• Familiar with spreadsheets, financial feasibility studies and business plan preparation

• Fluent English/Arabic preferred

SALARY

• Base salary 8 – 13k SAR per month / $ 29 – 40k USD per annum

• The above salary is to be used a guide only. The salary will depend on experience levels and interview performance and may be lower or higher than the above
