Our client is a leading global retail company representing some of the most popular, developing and diverse brands within fashion and retail. The organization covers wholesale and retail trading across international brands including clothing, shoes and perfume for men, women and children.
 They are an expanding and developing company moving into new areas and into new locations across the Middle East and the USA OVERVIEWLead and manage the Business Unit’s (BU) Brand Operations with its other related support functions (e.g. Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, Operation support etc.) in order to achieve or exceed the Business Plan Objectives. Direct the sales and performance of the assigned brand(s) in line with Brand and Company standards and strategies.Reports to Head of Brand/ General Manager
Responsible for Business Unit Team & Brand Managers
KEY RESPONSIBILITES·         Business Plan Development - Develop the BU’s Business Plan yearly, with input from the Brand Managers and in concurrence with the respective Brand Partners, in order to set a realistic expectation of delivery.·         Business Plan Delivery – Organize the implementation of the approved Annual Business Plan with periodic reviews and analysis in order to continuously deliver the sales targets / objectives.·         Brand Development – Analyze and provide recommendations on possible development and expansion opportunities for the brands within the BU (in concurrence with Brand Partners), in order to ensure improvement of Brand Sales Performance.·         Brand Partner Relationships Develop and maintain relationships with the respective Brand Partners in order to establish long term, sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships.·         Visual Merchandising – Ensure the continuous development, implementation and review of each of the Brand’s Visual guidelines and standards in line with the current Brand Standards and requirements in order to provide the stores with a pleasing shopping environment conducive to customers coming back. ·         Operations Management – Ensure the smooth and uninterrupted day to day operations of all stores in line with Company Policy and Procedures.·         Loss Prevention – Ensure the continuous communication, implementation and monitoring of the brands / stores in relation to the Company’s Loss Prevention Policies in order to minimize risk from internal and external threats.·         People Management o    Organize the Manpower planning and management of the Business Unit’s direct reports with the stores and its employees (based from input of the respective Brand Managers) in order to achieve work environment which supports and improves store and team performance.o    Ensure that the Business Unit and its respective brand’s Saudization level are maintained in line with Company’s Manpower Plan. o    Organize the development and improvement of the staff in the Business Unit and respective brands / stores to ensure a continuous level of qualified employees are available for the next level.
KPIs
·         Realistic Trading parameters are met.·         Variance between projected and actual sales targets.·         Number of new stores converted or level of sales efficiency achieved.·         Visual Guidelines & Standards are in place and implemented.·         Store hygiene, maintenance & housekeeping are in line with Company Standards, Image, Policy, Procedures and the brand image.·         Variance between projected and actual shrinkage. ·         Manpower in the Business Unit and the store are within the approved budgeted level and performs in line with Company Standards. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS ·         Must  be a fluent and confident English speaker ·         At least 6 years experience in Fashion/ Footwear Retail branding and marketing·         3 years experience in a Senior Brand Management position·         At least 2 years experience within Footwear preferred·         Experience working with an on trend fashion brand preferred BENEFITS ·         Up to 15k SAR per month / $48k USD per annum ·         Package will include excellent benefits with accommodation / transport·         Excellent Bonus·         Relocation package & visa arrange for you·         TAX FREE Earnings  To apply in confidence please email your CV to tilly@firstresortrecruitment.com
