OVERVIEW

Our client is one of the leading holding companies listed in Saudi Arabia, operating across the kingdom with a multicultural workforce of 7,000+

They operate prestigious Supermarkets, Hypermarkets & Convenience stores as well as wholesale stores and have positioned themselves in prime locations covering large demographic areas. They also own and operate world class shopping malls with family entertainment centres throughout the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Commercial Director to join its growing team in Riyadh. If you are a natural team leader and have strong experience within a retail environment, then this may be the opportunity you have been looking for.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Develop and manage supply chain operations

·         Develop procurement strategy, sourcing and managing supply

·         Develop and manage Private Label strategy

·         Enhance strategic relations with suppliers

·         Develop Category management, Space management and grouping concepts

·         Report to Retail General Manager

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

·         Degree in relevant subject – MBA is a plus

·         3+ years in similar position

·         Strong leadership skills and advanced interpersonal skills

·         Must be fluent in Arabic
