Chief Financial Officer
OVERVIEW:Managing group financial planning and accounting practices to achieve financial prosperity by administering, monitoring and supervising all financial activities and practices including budgeting and cost control for the group as well as their relationships with financial institutions.JOB DETAILS:·    Implementation of the department's plans, as well as ensuring their compliance with company's rules and policies·    Developing department's work plan; assigning work activities, projects and programs, monitoring work flow, reviewing and evaluating work methods and procedures, and directing such activities to serve department's goals and plans·    Proposing plans and programs that boost the effectiveness of the department·    Ensuring that instructions, circulars and organizational and technical decisions are followed and applied·    Ensuring that work activities are carried out according to the pre-set performance goals, and suggesting any necessary actions to the General Manager or Managing Director·    Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates to follow up smooth running of activities and keeping abreast with latest business-related practices·    Managing group financial assets and resources through continuously reviewing and recommending of assets utilization and cost reduction practices·    Administering  the formulation of financial systems and plans that fulfill the financial objectives of group and achieve its strategies·    Establishing and recommending major economic and financial objectives and policies for Modern Electronics' and recommending modifications to existing programs·    Supervising preparation of financial statements about the group financial performance, and performing periodical reviews of budgets, as well as calculating zakat tax·    Providing executive management with timely reviews of group financial status and progress in its various programs and activities·    Supervising the preparation and issuance of the group financial report and statements·    Reviewing bids and vendor contracts for pre-approval and keeping custody of the original signed contracts·    Preparing periodic reports with respect to the companies & department's activities and achievements to be submitted to the Board Members·    Specifying manpower requirements for the department according to the recruitment and selection and human resources planning practices·    Conducting performance appraisals for subordinates according to scheduled plans and recommending necessary actions as per the applied practices
