OVERVIEW

Our client is one of the leading holding companies listed in Saudi Arabia, operating across the kingdom with a multicultural workforce of 7,000+

They operate prestigious Supermarkets, Hypermarkets & Convenience stores as well as wholesale stores and have positioned themselves in prime locations covering large demographic areas. They also own and operate world class shopping malls with family entertainment centers throughout the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Operations Director to join its growing team in Riyadh. If you are a natural team leader and have experience within Supermarkets / Hypermarkets, then this may be the opportunity you have been looking for.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Directly supervise 4 Regional Managers – around 100 stores in total

·         Report to Retail General Manager

·         Develop and manage retail expansion strategy

·         Manage the performance of retail outlets

·         Manage inventory, shrinkages, wastages and control operational costs

·         Set and manage sales targets

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

·         Degree in relevant subject – MBA is a plus

·         3+ years in similar position

·         Strong leadership skills and advanced interpersonal skills

·         Must be fluent in Arabic
