Our client is one of the leading manufacturing companies in the fresh food industry.

 

They import, manufacture, fill, package fresh food and manage the sale of food.

This location covers all manufacturing needs for the company across Saudi Arabia.

 

The factory uses modern machines and sophisticated technology for production and packaging.  All raw materials used in production at the factory are of the global standards, edible according to specifications and quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Responsible for managing, importing, manufacturing, filling and packaging of fresh food

·         Responsible for business plans, productions, operations, maintenance, sourcing, procurement, inventory control, sales targets & budgets

·         Managing the development and execution of the strategic plans for the food manufacturing business

·         Participating in cross-functional teams charged with product changes or improvements and cost reductions

  • Managing respective categories and participating in teams to ensure process and system consistency

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

·         Minimum of Bachelor Degree is required

·         Minimum 5 years experience in the Manufacturing industry

·         Should have held a similar Senior role for at least 3 years

·         Experience with fresh food very welcome

·         Saudi nationals and fluent Arabic speakers very welcome to apply

·         Strong Leadership skills

·         Advance interpersonal skills
