Our client is a global specialist within energy and electrical management across a broad range of industries. With offices around the world it is an exciting company to be part of as it grows and develops.

 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join the company as the Director of the Western part of the Middle East & Turkey. This position will be based in Turkey, Saudi Arabia or Lebanon depending on the preference of the candidate. It will involve travel to all 3 countries

 

Would suit a Country Director, Business Development, Commercial and Operations Director level professional

 

 

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

 

Builds and manages the country Sales and Service teams to achieve and exceed the zone sales and profitability targets within the strategic and financial boundaries defined by the corporation.
The person will be responsible for deployment of resources in order to achieve the companies’ objectives in close collaboration with the regional VP.
Responsible for integrating processes and optimizing working activities alongside the other country functions such as Marketing, Finance, HR and other businesses.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Manage, and develop resources in the zone to achieve and exceeds growth and profitability objectives
  • Provide leadership and direction in the development and execution of zone business plan in alignment with corporate strategies
  • Develop and Maintain client contact at the C level
  • Provide sales and forecasts by country, channel & Product lines
  • Provide professional development for team members to ensure both employee and the company has a long term relationship
  • Utilize all required reporting processes and tools to ensure total clarity to the organization

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

 

  • At least 10 years experience in a similar role
  • At least 2 years experience with an energy, technology, electrical or telecoms company
  • Must have Master’s Degree  in Economics/ Business
  • Must be fluent English
  • Must able to travel
  • High level negotiation experience
  • Solution-base selling experience
  • Must have knowledge of MS Office, Siebel, Oracle
