DIRECTOR/ GM/ MD Cleaning & Security Services Company

Our client is a leading Middle East group of companies specializing in managing cleaning and security services for clients across Kuwait and the GCC.

They work with leading companies with excellent secured contracts including government buildings, hospitals and private sector commercial offices.

 

They are expanding throughout the Middle East and are looking for an experienced Director to lead the company.

 

 

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

 

Manage the day to day running of the company including it’s expansion whilst maintaining high quality services and reputation.

 

 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

 

·         5 – 10 years experience running a cleaning/ security services company

·         Someone with contacts in the governmental and general markets in Kuwait and across the Middle East very welcome

·         Bachelors degree preferred

  • Strong analytics and problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Very good English and Arabic
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Open to Kuwaiti nationals only


BENEFITS

 

·         Salary to be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels

·         Salary is up to 2k KWD per month / $70k USD per annum package
