They specialise in Luxury Cars and are rapidly expanding We are looking for a highly experienced Lease Manager to head up this division based in Doha, Qatar.  OVERVIEW OF ROLE 
  • To develop, improve and position the company’s Lease Products for growth on a national level
  • Enhance and improve the existing Lease program
  • Coordinate all facets of the lease vehicle sales in accordance with corporate guidelines to ensure the maximum sales volume in the most profitable way
 Reporting to: Company General ManagerManages up to 5 subordinate supervisors who supervise 20 to 30 employees in the New Sales Department, Commercial Sales Department  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  
  • Hire, supervise and monitor the performance of the Lease department personnel
  • Oversee and direct all lease training initiatives for dealers and employees
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with other managers to ensure the maximum turnover of inventory without loss of sales
  • Advise and assist with corrective procedures if needed
  • Initiate and complete the accurate inventory transfers as instructed
  • Perform all duties assigned by the General Manager
  • Practice and ensure that company policies and procedures of Qatari laws are followed at all times
  • Participate in preparation of annual company forecast by projecting unit lease, gross profit, expenses and operating profits for the lease department
  • Verify information to determine that lease vehicle information is accurately recorded
  • Gather and analyse competitive lease product data
  • Inform General Manager of market product changes
  • Provide quality service to customers for vehicle pick-ups and disposition; schedule vehicles for pick-up location
  • Practice and promote team work at all times. Set a good personal example of attitude and performance
  •  Ensure proper follow-through on all directives, bulletins, schedules and accounting from the General Manager, designated manager or other corporate sources
  • Maintain a good flow of communication with General Manager
  • Meet with Sales Manager on regular basis to establish the annual and monthly objectives for unit lease
  • Ensure that department personnel understand the company policies, procedures and lease systems
  • Coordinate with Service Manager and Parts Manager for lease vehicles requirements
  • Establish procedures for quick disposal of over aged vehicles
  • Issue all demonstrators and ensure that appropriate company records are maintained
  • Check the condition of all demonstrators monthly
  • Meet with the General Manager to review monthly forecasts, commission sheets productivity reports, and the profit performance lease department as a whole and each lease consultant individually
  • Study local market conditions, demographics and past lease history
  • Make recommendations to the General Manager regarding short and long range advertising plans, lease promotions, staffing needs and compensation plans
  • Conduct major lease promotions and advertising as needed
  • Assist the used-vehicles department with trade appraisals as needed
  • Approve all lease incentives in writing before submitting to the General Manager
  • Address customer complaints to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
  • Create systems that ensure ongoing lease training
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Attend managers meetings as requested
  • Carry out any temporary assignments your manager requires  from you
·         Train employees, plan, assign and direct work, appraise performance, reward and discipline employees, address complaints and resolve problems·         Ability to read, analyse and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents·         Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or member of business community·         Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that  conform to prescribed style and format·         Ability to effectively present information to top managers, public groups and/or boards of directors·         Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical interference and trigonometry  ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS 
  • BA Business Degree or Engineering Degree or other equivalent qualifications
  • 5 - 10 years related experience
·         Be responsible for overall direction, coordination and evaluation of these units·         Manufacturer Training·         Valid Driver’s License ·         Open to Male & Female applicants·         All nationalities welcome   KEY SKILLS ·         Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems·         Ability to deal with non- verbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, etc..) in its most difficult phases·         Ability to deal with the variety of abstract and concrete variables·         Computer skills ·         Organization skills ·         Sales skills ·         Negotiation skills ·         Budgeting ·         Leadership·         Organization skills ·         Communication skills ·         Time management·         Company’s software  COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 
  • Salary should be used as a guide only and will reflect levels of experience and interview performance
  • As a guide up to 21k QAR total package/ $70k USD per annum
