The recruiting need – Senior Executive – Healthcare Consulting, The consulting Senior Executive will coordinate all back office management, project management and tracking and proposal preparation for a newly formed department in DHCC.

Internal: need to work with other team members in the consulting services to deliver a consulting project on time. Works with subject matter experts and Gulf Consulting Director closely for project time, resource management. Highly interacts with project drivers for specific delivery items regarding to market research.

External: follows up with clients for meetings, presentations etc.

There will be no other person reporting to this position. By preparing necessary deliverables assigned on time, the position will contribute the overall success of the department including financial goals.

Office environment. International travel might be necessary rarely for meeting with clients. Constant deadlines and delivering perfect studies are the part of the job.

Accountabilities:

Project Duties
• Coordination with consultants of each project
• Point of contact for all healthcare projects
• Coordination with HMI for various activities related to consulting
• Keep track of operational activities and project phases of each project
• Preparing presentations for project review meetings

Preparation of policies, procedures and logistics for all projects

Departmental Duties
• Handling correspondence of the department
• Scheduling weekly review meeting with concerned staffs for all projects

Coordination with the marketing agency for development of total brand management for the department

Providing input for proposal preparation and putting the packages together

Conduct market research through desk top and primary research

Qualifications and Education: The perfect candidate will have demonstrated excellence during his or her academic career.

Experience: 2 years experience in a business environment with related experience. Previous employment experience within consulting firms, business development departments of large corporates, hospitals, market research companies is preferred.

Training: Additional training on project management is preferred.

Knowledge: A working knowledge of the healthcare industry is advantageous, but not required. Project management and extensive powerpoint skills are required.
