With an excellent reputation and steady growth plans for 2011 they are a very good company to work for. We are looking for an experienced Senior Planning Manager to join their team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. OVERVIEW OF ROLE Lead planning/forecasting process and assist in development/co-ordination of Strategic Plan and AOP, coordinating forecasts, providing business analysis and leading the projects CAPEX proposals. Provide timely analysis and monitor budgetary control of capital and operating expenses to optimize control measures. Reporting to: CFO KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Co-ordinate and assist development of strategic plan through analysis of economic models of core business performance (brand/ package/ channel/ territory) • Lead and recommend financial and operational assessment of strategic options to ensure sound financial decision-making • Develop AOP and forecast accurately and proactively provide opportunities/ risks to management • Compile and forward to CFO/ GM KPIs from various departments and reports • Monitor, control and seek approval of all Capex of the company in line with company policy • Review A&M expenses to ensure integrity and policy compliance • Prepare management report with analysis of P/L and B/S within set timeframe to facilitate management decision making • Evaluate ad hoc business proposals, implementation of BPT and development of business tools to enhance organizational capability • Prepare and present economic model competition analysis and analyze impact on business to ensure an outward focus monitoring market trends • Support the development of the Strategic Plan, AOP, and business action plans/ priorities • Coordinate forecasts & performance tracking o Review current progress toward AOP targets o Clearly articulate operating performance o Support the development of contingency plans • Provide business analysis support o A&M investment analysis o Lead development of Capex proposals o Monitor and analyze competitor activity/ results o Conduct trade/ channel/ package analysis o Meet the key data requests and provide analytical support KPIs • Timely delivery of Strategic Plan, AOP and forecast • Timely and accurate delivery of KPI and business proposals • Monitor and control of Capex budget • Control and policy compliance of A&M • Time and accurate management reports ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS • Graduate with accounting major : MBA or CPA preferred • 6 - 8 years planning experience • Fundamental understanding of accounting • High level of analytical skills • International exposure • Ability to manage complexity • Capital investment experience • Fluent in English, Arabic knowledge preferred • Proficient in computer skills • Good interpersonal and presentation skills BENEFITS • Salary should be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview performance • Up to 25 – 27k SAR per month base salary/ $86k USD per annum base salary • In addition: o Up to 4 months basic salary Housing Allowance per annum o Up to 24k SAR per annum Travel Allowance o Up to 2,750 SAR per month Transportation costs o Medical insurance for employee, wide and 2 children under 21 years (BUPA Gold Card) o Education Allowance up to 35k SAR per annum of any number of children aged 2 – 21 based on actual invoices • BONUS – Up to 20% of annual basic salary for on target and 25% of annual basic salary for above target, subject to performance development review and company performance To apply in confidence please send your CV in English to vicky@frgr.org FIRST RESORT GLOBAL RECRUITMENT Leaders in Executive Level Recruitment in the Middle East http://www.firstresortrecruitment.com
