Our client is a high end Real
Estate development of luxurious apartments/ homes that encapture the exquisivity
in luxury Dubai living with captivating landscaping and spacious living areas
An opportunity has arisen within luxury interior
designing providing design and installation services for high end residential,
boutique hotels, nightclub and lounges. Due to the growing needs of the business they
require a General Manager to operate
and develop all commercial concerns of the business
KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Agree specifications and execute interior
design projects in collaboration with Senior Design Partners, Clients, and
other supply chain partners to time, cost and specification
- Contribute and co-ordinate towards strategic
marketing, sales and public relations activities
- Deliver quality and style for clients whilst
maximizing revenue and profit, alongside effective management of project
budgets
- Develop business plans and project tenders
where necessary
- Manage and effectively report P&L accounts
and operating budgets for the company
- Drawing up and finalizing contracts with
clients
- Providing client advice and technical support
where necessary during the duration of the project or contract whilst
monitoring any submittals or variation requests
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
- Successful track-record of managing a team and
daily operations including walk-in retail operations
- Hunger to seek out new opportunities and
pursue networks in order to achieve business growth for the business
ESSENTIAL
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5-10 years Management experience with
4 years in a similar role
- Interior Design Qualification and ideally a
Business Administration qualification
- Ideally experienced in the fresh cut flower
supply and arrangement industry
- Experience of operating in the diverse and
vibrant Asia-Pacific market place including locations but not exclusive to
Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Sydney
- A background in interior design coupled with a
track record of success management of commercial operations in a similar
environment and client base
