We are looking for an experienced SENIOR ACCOUNTANT/ FINANCE MANAGER to join their team in Kuwait City.

JOB OVERVIEW

A very hands on leadership role that will require a dynamic, switched on and hard working finance professional.

Would suit an experienced Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accounts Manager, Finance Supervisor, Finance Manager.

Will have one Junior Accountant to train and coach initially with room to grow the team as the company expands

·         Double entry book keeping

·         Build chartered accounts for a business and family and properties

·         Investment reports

·         Expense accounting

·         Cost centers

·         Manage cashflow

·         Budgeting

·         Forecasting

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

·         5+ years experience in a Finance position

·         Accounting/ Finance qualification required

·         Experience with a small start up company where you have dealt with and understood the full finance process very welcome

·         Should have experience training and mentoring junior Accounts/ Finance staff

·         Must be based in Kuwait currently

·         Must be Western educated/ qualified or have experience in Western location

·         Good with people and able to achieve a good working environment

·         Open to all nationalities

·         Should have experience running the accounts for a decent sized company in the Middle East

·         Sharp, pro-active and able to set up system and procedures
