The project manager is responsible for the successful delivery of assigned projects. He manages the resource requirements for assigned projects and tracks construction budgets, schedules and plans for the various elements of the assigned projects. He will also monitor the reports of the progress of all project activity including accomplishment of contract milestones and any conditions or issues which may affect or impact program cost or schedule.

The project manager is the principal point of contact with subcontractors.  He oversees management of subcontractors and contributes to the successful implementation of the HSE Management System. He implements actions in support of the QA/QC plan for the program.  

Requirements:                                                                                       

• Four year accredited engineering or construction management degree-  

 required.

• At least 10 years of experience in a managerial role preferably as a          

                      Project Manager with P&L responsibility.

• A minimum of 5 years experience working in the Middle East region                                 

• Experience managing projects valued in excess of $100 million in              

installed cost value.

• Strong background of leadership and management in the areas of            

civil engineering, construction, and electrical work.

• Familiarity with UAE codes and regulations. 

• Experience working with document management, Primavera scheduling, job cost accounting, and other related applications.
