OVERVIEW OF ROLE:

To provide on a required basis a clear and well illustrated management information system report related to the company’s strategic goals, objectives, analysis etc. with achievements of targets and directions and guidance to achieve all the set targets during the fiscal year for the Sales and Retail team. To establish a system to secure all important data and to create information system strategies with the coordination of all relevant departments and stake holders.

Reporting to: Retail Director

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Preparation of annual strategic plans

·         Update data on daily basis

·         Develop all type of reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi annually and annually basis OR as per business requirement on as and when required basis

·         Protection security and confidentiality of all types of data

·         Preparation and presentation of MIS. Reports to the higher management with the help of graphic illustration on as required basis

·         Coordinate with IT. And all relevant department for planning and implementation of modern technologies with the help of latest hardware system

·         Coordinate with all the regional Managers, product manager, Ladies division Manager and shop in shop manager to secure data required to develop various type of reports

·         Ensure that all available hardware is fully functional and all resources are properly utilized

·         To act as a single point of contact for all type of management report

·         Maintain a library of all visual presentations and reports presented and developed time to time. Submit activity report to the retail Director on monthly basis

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 

• Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university with major coursework in Computer science curriculum
• At least five 5 years solid experience operating in a result focused commercial organization, with at least 2 years solid experience in an MIS role for a large division or organization
• Solid experience in strategic planning

KEY SKILLS:

• Proficiency with email applications, MS Office applications particularly Word and Excel, power point and strong Internet knowledge
• Proficiency in English and Arabic Languages both written and spoken

BENEFITS:
