Our client is a leading global retail company representing some of
the most popular, developing and diverse brands within fashion and retail. The
organization covers wholesale and retail trading across international brands
including clothing, shoes and perfume for men, women and children.
They are an expanding and developing company moving into new areas
and into new locations across the Middle East and the USA.
OVERVIEW
To
ensure the delivery of exceptional operational and brand standards throughout
the regional KSA retail outlets. To
ensure operational compliance and drive sales and profitability through the
performance and development of the Sales & Operations Area Managers and
Visual Merchandisers.
Reports
to:
Sales & Operations Area Manager
KEY
RESPONSIBILITES
·
To achieve sales in accordance with
Sales Targets and Business Plan
·
To develop and drive the Sales &
Operations Area Managers to increase sales, raise the Average Transaction Value
and keep designated retail units running at maximum efficiency
·
To promote high standards of
customer service and implement to ensure customer satisfaction
·
To ensure that all staff and stores
adhere to compliance requirements in relation to operational activity and company
policies and procedures
·
To manage the operational activities
for all retail units such as maintenance, utilities and repairs
·
To maintain the control of costs,
accurately complete and submit relevant documentation, ensure security of premises,
equipment, stock and money
·
To minimise shrinkage levels in line
with Company guidelines to prevent financial loss
·
To liaise with the Buying and
Merchandising teams regarding the supply of stock to maximise stock potential
·
To identify under performing brands
or stores and develop an action plan to address and manage issues effectively
·
To ensure that the visual
presentation of all stores represents the Brand and Company image
·
To ensure payroll budgets are in line
with Company specifications and Saudisation targets
·
To lead the recruitment and
selection of Sales Managers and Visual Merchandisers as required, in line with
payroll budgets and ensure that all new staff receive an effective induction
·
To work with the Sales &
Operations Controller and Regional Training Officer to ensure that staff
develop the skills and qualities required to deliver and develop the Retail
Platform function and maintain high standards of service
·
To ensure that all staff are
positively motivated and that poor performance is addressed using the
appropriate method
·
To conduct regular regional Sales
& Operations meetings in order to build effective communication across the
regions
·
To undertake any other reasonable
duties as requested

ESSENTIAL
REQUIREMENTS
·
Secondary educational level
·
Experience of managing and developing
staff
·
Experience of driving sales within a
fast-paced environment and addressing areas for improvement
·
Experience of managing compliance in
relation to Company targets, budget requirements and policies & procedures
