Our client is a multinational Petrochemicals company covering the Gulf. They have an excellent reputation in this industry with an exciting and dynamic growth plan for 2011.

 

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist professional to be based in Jubail, in Tax Free Saudi Arabia.

 

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

 

Direct Supervisor: HR Manager

The Senior HR Generalist will contribute in set and achieve the HR department objectives and projects. He will work on the day-to-day activities along with the HR staff to ensure its completion and suggest any required development for a better efficiency. He will supervise the HR staff in order to develop their competent skills and knowledge to qualify on their assigned roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

·         Assist in establishing the Human Resource Department's goals based on the Company goals for planning and executing HR activities; set key performance indicators for HR department and each section

  • Monitor and control the HR team Budget and Work Program as a reference for executing Human Resource activities across company
  • Work closely with the compensation section to develop the personnel policies as a guide for all the company 
  • Develop business processes, procedures, forms required to execute human resources activities; review the effectiveness of business processes, procedures and forms in compliance with company policies and local regulation and make adjustment as necessary
  • Establish and maintain effective and appropriate manpower planning & recruitment procedures for the company to achieve company goals
  • Generate periodical reports related to the manpower of the company and discuss its outcome with the HR manger then present to management if required.
  • Provide guidance in all matters pertaining to human resources activities to all supervisors
  • Manage and ensure jointly with the department managers the success of the career development program for the key employees & the succession plan of the key positions in the company to ensure stability
  • Assist in managing & achieving Key Performance Indicators of Human Resources Department
  • Act as a company representative to facilitate internal and external (including service providers) communications, work closely with HR team and line managers
  • Work under HR manager supervision and achieve the targeted objectives under full support and assistance from HR team in entire sections

 

 

OPERATING ENVIRONMENT

 

·         The Senior HR Generalist has to be able to plan and implement high level financial analysis to meet the management requirement. The candidate will need to perform multiple critical tasks accurately and effectively.

 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

·         Minimum 7 years relevant experience

·         Strong background on Manufacturing industry

·         Relevant degree in HR, Economics or Business Administration

BENEFITS:

 

·         Salary open to negotiation depending on experience levels

·         As a guide up to 25K SAR per month (80K USD per annum) Package

·         Total package includes excellent benefits: basic salary + housing and transportation allowances
