Our client is a leading retail group of companies operating across Saudi Arabia. They operate across the Kingdom with a large multicultural workforce and many retail sales outlets.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Franchise Manager to lead their growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Experience in preparing, developing, and managing franchise's contracts

·       Sales, Marketing, Managerial experience and Leadership

·       Strategic brand development and business planning

·       The identification and appointment of new franchisees

·       Development and implementation of franchise operations

·       Accountability for the profit and loss design and delivery of the franchise operation

·       Maintaining strong relationships, both at home and abroad

·       Developing a team and providing strong leadership

·       Property strategy development

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

·       Open to Arabic nationals – Saudis very welcome to apply

·       Open to other nationalities as well with exact experience as below

·       5 yrs of experience in granting, developing and managing franchises of retail (FMCG, Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Convenience Stores, Food Retail)

·       Experience in preparing, developing, and managing franchise's contracts

·       Sales, Marketing, Managerial experience and Leadership are required
