We are looking for an experienced Investment Banking Senior Director to join their team in Riyadh, tax free Saudi Arabia.

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

Seeking an experienced Arabic speaking Investment Banker to play a lead role in business development, team management and mandate execution covering ECM, M&A and Private Placements

The candidate will focus on large and mid cap transactions from winning the mandates to complete execution

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• At least 10 years of investment banking experience with at least 6 years with a reputable institution
• At least 3 years of GCC experience required
• MBA preferred
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English
• Deal execution track record in ECM, Mergers & Acquisitions or PP
• Good team management skills to lead and motivate
• Ability to coordinate and manage client relationships at a senior level
• Ability to enhance and add value to the entire process, from winning mandates to deal execution
• Strong presentation and report writing skills
