They deliver global leading Financial Advisory and Solutions for Investment Banking.

 

We are looking for an experienced Investment Banking Manager to join their team in Riyadh, tax free Saudi Arabia.

 

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

 

Seeking an experienced Arabic speaking Investment Banker to play a key role in a mandate execution covering ECM, M&A and Private Placements

The candidate will focus on large and mid cap transactions

 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

 

  • At least 4 years of investment banking experience with at least 3 years with a reputable institution
  • At least 1 year of GCC experience required
  • MBA preferred
  • Must be fluent in Arabic and English
  • Deal execution track record in ECM, Mergers & Acquisitions or PP
  • Good team management skills
  • Ability to coordinate and manage client relationships
  • Strong presentation and report writing skills
