REAL ESTATE SERVICES & LEASING MANAGER- Leading Malls Retail Group- Tax Free Riyadh

Our client is a leading retail group of companies operating across Saudi Arabia. They operate across the Kingdom with a large multicultural workforce and many retail sales outlets.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Services & Leasing Manager to work on their growing developments based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Will be focused on managing the real estate assets and searching for sites as well as collections

 

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

 

·       10 years of experience in managing the real estate assets and searching for sites

·       Experience in both of real estate marketing and leasing

·       Awareness of collection works

·       Experience in Retail and Malls is preferable

·         MUST have experience in JDA and Dynamics
