MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Our client is a leading Equipment and Transport company. They have a strong presence in Saudi Arabia and are expanding into other locations throughout the Middle East. They have an excellent reputation in this industry and have an exciting and dynamic growth plan for 2011.

We are looking for an experienced MAINTENANCE MANAGER to be based in Saudi Arabia.

JOB OVERVIEW

Reporting directly to the General Manager and indirectly to the Divisional Manager/Vice President - Services, you will be responsible for Planning and co-ordinating all Maintenance.

The remit of the role is to manage and support the maintenance management teams to ensure activities across their managed assets comply with company standards, legislation and stakeholder expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Development and review of systems that contain policies, philosophies, strategies, processes, and performance measurement frameworks in relation to Maintenance Management and promote application of best practice techniques

·         Focal point for technical queries, providing access to specialist engineering advice and providing support to the maintenance teams in management of third party contractors

·         Maintenance performance review within operations project teams and provide operability and reliability judgments on installed equipment and systems

·         Ensure an operating regime is in place to enable equipment performance to be maintained and measured against targets, including approval of major changes outwit scope of asset team

·         As Technical Authority be responsible for relevant processes and support

·         Interface with the well integrity group

·         Functional responsibility for asset based mechanical and integrity engineers

·         Line management responsibility for Technical Support team members, including development and training

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

·         Engineering degree is essential, mechanical or automotive is preferred.

·         Must have  Workshop Experience and strong Crane Repair Background

·         7+ years relevant experience

·         Must understand, read, write and speak English fluently

·         Excellent Microsoft Office experience
