COUNTRY DIRECTOR LE ACCOUNTS SALES LEADING TELECOMS COMPANY

We are looking for an experienced Country Director of Large Enterprise Accounts Sales to join the team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

 

To develop and implement strategy and plans to achieve the company’s LE Accounts Sales objectives in each region and to ensure high levels of revenue, profits and growth in all products / services offered while ensuring customer satisfaction

 

The LE Accounts Sales Country Director has the overall responsibility of growing the company’s market share and achieving specified sales targets and ensuring superior customer experience.

Direct Reports: 4

Indirect Reports: 48

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The position reports to the Head of Business Sales. The position’s primary responsibility is to develop strategy and plans for growth and profitability of products, services and solutions targeted to business customers. The position holder is challenged to meet sales targets in each region while providing solutions that will meet business customers’ satisfaction. Another need for the position is to help Marketing identify new and innovative products and services that will contribute to increase market share of targeted segments

 

Unit Management

  • Manages the day-to-day operations of LE Accounts Sales unit, providing expertise, encouraging and ensuring teamwork, aligning work processes in order to achieve high performance standards meet established targets, objectives and employee engagement in a motivated work environment
  • Keep up to date on product portfolio and relevant technological trends

Sales Strategy

  • Develops and implements a strategy for the sales and business development of corporate accounts in various geographic areas for a wide range of telecom products and services in order to grow the business
  • Ensure processes and policies are complied within the Kingdom

Setting Objectives

  • Sets goals and objectives for Sales Managers of each area according to market conditions in order to ensure the execution of Business Sales department’s growth strategy

Sales Planning

  • Reviews the yearly budget for the LE Accounts Sales department and prepares the Sales forecast for each region accordingly; monitors financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon

Solutions Delivery

  • Oversees the delivery of solutions tailored to customers’ needs and monitors customers” feedback to ensure they are satisfied with the proposed solutions and that their requirements are being met

Customer Relationships

  • Identifies and cultivates relationships with LE Accounts through account managers in order to maximise revenues from them and investigates the potential for the provision of additional services
  • Manages the establishment of a database of existing and potential accounts in order to strengthen and build the business
  • Support account management in building and maintaining customer relationships including visits to LE Accounts customers
  • Ensure the customer care provided by the team for LE Accounts customers

Sales Monitoring

  • Monitors, evaluates and reviews overall LE Accounts sales performance, compliance and Sales growth

Identifying opportunities

  • Exploits and explore business opportunities with new and existing LE accounts and allocated channels in order to meet or exceed set sales targets through administration of the sales cycle
  • Identifies and specifies the products, services and solutions that will satisfy business customers’ need

People management

  • Assist senior management in the effective achievement of functional objectives by setting unit and individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal in order to maximize subordinate and unit performance

Communications

  • Maintains high profile communications with senior executives across the company on strategic business related issues
  • Maintains effective communications with managers across the company to facilitate the requirements to ensure smooth operation of LE Accounts Sales

Reporting

·         Analysing and reporting accurate information in the LE Accounts Sales results and market feedback to the higher management

Related Assignments

·         Performs other related duties and or assignments as may be directed by the higher level of supervision

 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

 

·         University degree in Business Management or Engineering with practical background in Business Management

·         A further education in Sales/ Marketing would be advantageous

·         10 years relevant business experience, typically in dealing with LE Accounts

·         5 years proven staff management or supervisory experience typically in planning, business analysis

·         A Crisis Management skill is a must in order to face urgent emergencies that may be happening throughout the country

·         Successful track record with reference to Consumer Sales & Developing and managing a sales team

·         Knowledge in Telecommunication and IT products and applications

  • Fluent in English & Arabic

BENEFITS

 

·         27-35k SAR per month / $85-110k USD per annum including basic, housing, transport PLUS benefits of bonus, education, ticket allowance, mobile etc.

·         Salary will reflect experience levels and interview performance
