organization has departments including furniture, bathrooms, kitchens, tools
and hardware products.
We are looking for an Marketing
Communication Manager to join their rapidly expanding team.
KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES
·
Setting promotional activity direction
for Marketing and Merchandising team as per the company plan.
·
Identify target markets and how to
reach them
·
Formulate market strategies to achieve
sales targets & attain market leadership.
·
Budgeting, Planning & Executive of
marketing campaigns.
·
Create and develop brand awareness
through ATL & BTL activities to improve off takes.
·
New Product Launches.
·
Developing the commercial calendar for
the whole years activities and media plans
·
Planning and undertaking on-going
promotional and marketing events and social media campaigns
·
Planning, organizing and executing
yearly marketing events calendar to generate more sales and increase profit.
·
Configuring and implementing the
Marketing Communications activities in line with business objectives.
·
Developing and coordinating the
implementation of marketing and strategic plans in coordination with the
operation department.
·
Producing products brochures
·
Manage designing, production and
distributing catalogs, flyers and prints.
·
Developed
and executed the launch of all new packages within Abyat
·
Manage
the advertising and public relations campaign and all the marketing collaterals
Developed thematic product campaigns
·
Arrange all the press conferences

ESSENTIAL
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years Management experience
·
7-10 years experience in Sales &
Marketing
- Retail
background essential, furniture retail background preferred
·
Related Master's Degree in Business
Management or Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Equivalent degree specializing
in Marketing.
·
Sales & Marketing related
Technical Skills
·
Fluent English and Arabic
·
Creative & good presentation
