We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to be based in Bahrain.

Supervise to: Heads of Production, Warehouse, HR and Administration, IT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all resources of the company are effectively coordinated to produce good quality products and efficiently manage all areas of operation
• Require to be highly strategic & dynamic and formulate business plans to work within a tough environment of high competition
• Must ensure lean cost structure, maximum efficiency levels, and ability to identify and reduce waste in all respects, and strengthen operating systems
• Responsible for above and below the line performance of the company in line with the budget & Business Plan approved by the Board
• Implement structured reporting to the Board on a monthly/quarterly basis to exhibit company’s operation, growth and future developments and its performance in terms of KPIs and other objectives
• To work in a multi-cultural environment

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

·         MBA and/or BE (Engineering)

·         Minimum 10  years senior management role (GM or similar position) in a manufacturing and distribution set-up

·         Ability to work under pressure and deal with volume of work
