Key Responsibilities:

• To establish IT governance, and ensure that IT is aligned with the business to deliver value, its performance is measured, its resources properly allocated and its risks mitigated.

• To define the next generation technological foundation for the group to continue to scale and replicate services at the accelerated pace of business growth.

• To define the technical and architectural vision and driving innovation in the delivery of technology as a strategic asset which allows business units to deliver and leverage new business opportunities faster than the competition.

• To direct the implementation of large scale projects at different business units.

• Solving business problems with an unquenchable appetite for change required to be successful in a dynamic and aggressive growth company.

Qualifications:

• College degree. MBA preferred, with experiential record in a leadership position.

• 7-10 years experience or equivalent as a director of technology gained within the healthcare environment.

• Demonstrated ability to develop both long and short-term strategies and plans for meeting goals while anticipating high business changes.

• Technical currency to serve as a source of information and leadership on technology trends and developments within the healthcare sector and their impact on and usefulness to the group.

• Good knowledge of business process reengineering its methodologies.  

• Ability to influence businesses by showing value-add to business processes.

• Good project management and monitoring skills and very good communication ability along with presentation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to speak, write and present information in a timely, proactive, clear, concise and compelling manner.
