Our client is the biggest Building and Home wares retail store in the Middle East. The organization has departments including furniture, bathrooms, kitchens, tools and hardware products.

We are looking for anHR Recruitment Managerto join their rapidly expanding team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Manage the recruitment and selection processes for Kuwait and GCC branches.

·         Manage a recruitment team

·         Adopt a pro-active approach

·         Drive the Manpower planning

·         New initiatives with regards to sourcing and attracting candidates

·         Improve and consolidate existing processes.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• 6-9 years overall experience
• 1-3 years experience within HR Management or Recruitment Management
• Retail background essential, furniture retail background preferred

·         Post graduate degree in Human Resources /Suitable Bachelor

·         HRCI or CIPD certified is preferred

·         Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.

·         Fluent English and Arabic

·         Availability to travel in the GCC area
