At this time, TechPartners ME is on an expansion spree hiring technical developers and consultants (Full time and contractors), with hands on techno-functional experience in the areas of implementing trade finance, cards and payments, payments investigations and reconciliation solutions. The positions require experience between 4-14 years, and the technology experience varies including PERL, VB, C++, SWIFT, EDI tools, SQL.

The positions are for the UAE and India. The company offers very competitive salaries, a startup culture and an attractive growth plan.

Skill Sets for Technical Consultants:

1)      Experience with banking environments and applications

2)      Familiar with database systems (e.g. MS SQL, DB2, Oracle)

3)      Familiar with O/S systems i.e. Windows, Linux, Sun Solaris, AIX

4)      Very good SQL skills

5)      SWIFT and ISO 8583 Message Standards

6)      Basic understanding of ETL tools

7)      Basic understanding of XML

8)      Programming skills (e.g. C/C++, Java, Perl, etc.)

9)      Basic understanding of Web Services

10)   Basic understanding of J2EE servers (e.g. WebSphere, etc.)

1 to 5 are the absolute minimum skills

Skill Sets - Business Consultants:

a)      Reconciliation

b)      Back Office processes

c)      Ability to build a business Case

d)      Understanding of

i)                 Cards

ii)                Nostro/Account

iii)               Payments

iv)               Securities(Equities – Holdings, transactions, Settlements)

v)                Confirmations(Treasury – FX, Money Market, Derivatives)

e)      SWIFT Message Standards.

f)       Training skills

g)      Project management/organisation Skills
