Our client is the leading company in Saudi Arabia for providing state-of-the-art technology solutions and healthcare supplies to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutes. The company offers its clients turn key contracts to supply technology equipment, information systems, medical infrastructure and continuous provisioning of high-end medical supplies and consumables. The company also deals in after sales services and maintenance contracts with its clients

 

They are now searching for an experienced Sales Division Manager to join their expanding team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

 

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

 

Managing the sales and marketing function in developing business solutions strategies for customers and providing sales support for clients and staff and share experience and information throughout the company locally and globally

 

Managing the sales and marketing function of products in concern by managing and monitoring the performance of the different sales areas as well as achieving high levels of customer satisfaction in line with submitted and approved annual budget for his division

 

Reports to: Country Sales Manager

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Participating in implementing and transforming policies, goals and plans into medium and short-term plans to ensure internal work development and productivity increase
  • Participating in the development of the department's work plan; distributing and following-up on work activities, projects and programs, monitoring work flow and reviewing work methods and procedures
  • Suggesting plans and programs that strive to boost the effectiveness of the department
  • Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates to ensure that priorities are clear and actions are running smoothly
  • Managing, planning and directing all sales and marketing functions to meet customer satisfaction and targets objectives
  • Forecasting activities within the sales to assure that resources are effectively organized, staffed, trained, compensated and retained in order to accomplish objectives
  • Participating in RFPs, RFIs and contract negotiations as needed.
  • Managing customer opportunities to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is met at all times by providing prompt, thorough and professional assistance
  • Overseeing the participation in seminars and exhibitions held in the kingdom and ensuring that those seminars and exhibitions and yield maximum benefit in promoting the products
  • Supervising the development of sales and marketing plans for the provided products to ensure that they are in line with Company strategy and administering the implementation of those plans.
  • Monitoring the performance of the different sales areas and ensuring the achievement of their financial goals, directing sales forecasting for the sales areas, supervising the achievement of weekly, monthly and yearly goals, and conducting periodic visits to those areas
  • Developing and maintaining proactive relationships with clients and prospective customers
  • Administering the training of all sales subordinates
  • Analyzing  Company sales statistics for products to assist in sales policy formulation

 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

 

  • 3-4 years experience
  • Experience in the sales of Medical Devices
  • Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Engineering
  • Industry background in Medical Devices

  • 16,500K SAR per month / $55k USD per annum
