We
are looking for an experienced HR
Specialist to join their expanding team in Jeddah.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support HR
Management in the design, development and implementation of the
organization structure to meet current and future business needs
- Ensure
compliance of procedures with local labor laws
- Responsible for
carrying out Training Analysis and Training plans for the company
- Identify
training needs for the company in coordination with the Department
Managers and HR Manager
- Manage and
monitor employees’ performance and discuss relevant issues with Department
Managers
- Update Company
HR Policies and Procedures whenever required and follow-up with legal
matters related to Human Resources
- Undertaking job
evaluations to ensure that the differences in pay between those doing
different jobs within the organization are fair and are perceived to be so
- Provide
organizational & managerial support, advice and consultancies to the
Group entities for improving the business process & quality of
performance and upgrade the Group productivity
ESSENTIAL
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 6 years
of experience working within HR
- University
Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or relevant field
- Should
be Fluent in English and Arabic
