Our client is a specialist Dewatering Services Company, which deals with major construction projects across the UAE. They have an excellent reputation within the industry largely due to their cost conscious and functional standards of design. They have a large multicultural workforce of skilled and experienced personnel with high HSE standards and excellent time management.

 

They are currently looking for an experienced Sales Engineer/Sales Executive – Dewatering to source out new and profitable opportunities developing a solid portfolio of clients. Using a consultative approach, combined with your technical knowledge, you will be able to accurately and quickly assess the dewatering requirements and provide sound solutions which exceed the client’s expectations every time.

 

This position will suit an individual, who is technically savvy; however has solid experience in a commercial environment.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·         Attainment of order, sales & gross margin objectives for your portfolio

·         Manage all sales tools for the products within the portfolio

·         Provide back-up technical support to various departments

·         Work closely with design team to smooth out functional set up

·         Development of solutions selling approach that resolves customer problems

 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

 

  • A minimum of 3-5 years proven sales experience with exposure to business development, account, management, proposals, client presentations and negotiations
  • Experience in related fields or construction industry
  • UAE market exposure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • English speaking
  • General PC knowledge
  • A self-starter with strong leadership skills

 

BENEFITS

 

  • Salary package will depend on experience levels and interview performance
  • Should be used as a guide only: Salary Range is 12-14k AED per month / $37-44k USD per annum
  • Tax free earnings
