Description
Reporting to the Managing Partner your key responsibilities would be to manage and oversee client assignments and structure work schedules accordingly. Driving each assignment through to its natural conclusion will be your overall goal.
You should be comfortable delivering both formal & informal presentations both internally & externally. Strong written report skills are needed to produce clear, persuasive and concisely written presentations.
You will be responsible for planning & managing the delivery of quality work
Directing the quantitative analysis, assessing the depth required for each assignment, translating the analysis into useful findings & quality assuring the results will be primary responsibility
You will direct the source & level of data gathering necessary & judge the necessity of client interviews & the strategic content of those interviews.
You will be expected to build productive and lasting client relationships at all levels
You should develop & identify new business opportunities as they present themselves.
Qualifications -
MBA or other postgraduate degree from a top tier university (Harvard, INSEAD, Stanford, Wharton...) -
Have business-level fluency in English, with Arabic and / or an additional European Language an advantage. -
Candidates will ideally have an exemplary scholastic record & will have been recognised with special academic awards or participating in elite programs -
As a Senior Associate you will have between 3-5 years of professional experience, gained in a top strategy consulting organisation or in a combination of both blue chip corporate business and top strategy consulting. -
You should be able to demonstrate rapid career progression & a strong track record within your current organisation. -
You must possess the flexibility and commercialism to manage a diverse range of responsibilities in a dynamic & results oriented environment. Characteristics -
