The recruiting need – Strategy Consulting Senior Manager, will build client network, proposal preparations and financial analysis of healthcare facilities business plans for all consultancy projects.

Internal: need to work with other team members in the consulting services to deliver a consulting project on time. Works with subject matter experts and Gulf Consulting Director closely for developing new contacts and leads and working to finalize the projects.

External: follows up the leads and meet with potential clients to present the capabilities of the consulting services with the team.

As a member of the consulting services team, the position has annual revenue responsibilities to develop. Developing a relationship and closing a contract with a client has important impact on the revenue generation. This position will work in a team environment and will be subject matter expert for healthcare financial analysis; therefore there will be limited number of people reporting directly.

The role is in the office environment. Extensive travel based on the consulting project assignments might be required. As a part of dealing with clients, constant deadlines and delivering perfect studies are the part of the job.

Accountabilities:
• Client Interviews and meeting facilitation
• Interact with clients to understand problems, test hypotheses and share interim results.
• Problem formation and analysis
• Synthesize analyses into key findings and actionable recommendations
• Lead and manage a team of analysts and associates to complete the work
• Structure complex strategic and analytical problems into an actionable plan
• Business research and assessment
• Collaborate with managers and directors to prepare and deliver client presentation
• Present to clients

Qualifications and Education: The perfect candidate will have demonstrated excellence during his or her academic career (MBA or post-graduate degree from top school). MBA or MHA is preferred.

Experience: 5 years experience in healthcare financial analysis and consulting services. Previous employment experience with other top-tier consulting firms (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, etc.) is preferred. A working knowledge of the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is advantageous, but not required.

Training: Additional training on financial modeling, project management and negotiation are preferred.

Knowledge: Proven analytic abilities in healthcare provision, superb presentation skills, relationship development and extensive team management experience are essential.
