Enterprise Architects - Associate to Principal Consultant

 

Summary

These are career defining Enterprise Architect opportunities within a global strategy and technology consulting firm, who are seeking to expand the size of its IT Expert Team in the Middle East, specifically to build upon it's success in the Financial Services and Public Sector verticals. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a range of experience, and have circa 5 years experience in Enterprise Architecture or Systems Implementation in a variety of roles, including Business/Application/Data/Technical Architecture and Project or Programme Management.

You will be able to demonstrate a strong consulting background and therefore associated skills such as Interviewing, Presentation, Facilitation and some experience in Financials, and you will hold a computer science related degree.

Experience of working CRM (Siebel, SAP), ERP (SAP), or other banking systems particularly within Public Sector (Central Government), Financial Services or Energy are the desirable skills that will make you stand out from the crowd.

You may be currently looking for a change, perhaps to move from hands-on delivery to setting the agenda and working more closely with Board/CXO level. Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills therefore are a pre-requisite.

You will also be comfortable performing business analysis of key issues such as Architecture Definition against Business Requirements. Product Selection, SI selection, Architecture Roadmap and QA/value for money assessment of SI delivery.

The following criteria will be assessed:

  • Leading or heavily involved in implementation of Enterprise Scale Architecture delivery.

  • Design of Service Orientated Architecture (SOA) offerings.

  • Project / Programme Management skills.

  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with the capability to structure and oversee sophisticated hypothesis-driven analyses.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.

  • A self-starter, assertive, with a high degree of self-confidence and good executive presence.

  • Knowledge of EA frameworks and modelling tools.

  • Experience of managing vendor projects – experience in working with 3rd party IT vendor implementation and integration teams on projects.
