Job Purpose

Overall responsibility of the development and management of the resourcing strategy and resources for the Company

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing suitable sourcing and recruitment strategies and processes for the company

  • Developing an employment value proposition

  • Monitoring employments markets (both internally and externally)

  • Ensure effective and efficient recruitment of talent for the company (and supporting entities)

  • Facilitate in the design process for new hire joining programme

  • Establish and manage relationships with key sourcing bodies

  • Setting up of an assessment centre and careers portal

 

Key Challenges

 

  • Extremely ambitious recruitment targets to be achieved in relatively short time frames

  • Diverse population, workforce and stakeholders; multiple entities with different stakeholders and business objectives

  • Execution of resourcing plans requires significant networking with decision makers

 

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

 

  • Degree level education (preferably HR related)

  • Wide HR & Recruitment networks

  • Good knowledge of producing recruitment strategies

  • Good knowledge of the political, social, and economic issues and environment

  • Good command of English. Spoken Arabic is advantageous

  • Excellent and professional writing skills and competency

  • Minimum 4 - 5 years experience in recruitment activities

  • Can achieve results in a challenging business environment
