Our client is a semi-governement Real Estate Master Developer based in Dubai is seeking to recruit a top notch prfessional to be part of its core executive Tea, to lead the entire development team. Reporting to the CEO of the company, the incumbunt will be responsible for creating & implementing a comprehensive development plan for multi region projects fuly owned by the company. This isa senior role that will play an essential part in tsratgeic development plans, design and submit annual budgets and manage financial reports. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years hands on expereince in handling mega real estate projects preferably at the international level and have in depth expereince related market knowledge. They should posses excellent technical and manergerial skills with Masters Degree in Engineering and/or MBA from an international reputed university.
