Sales Operation Manager

Our client is a reputed distrbutors of non food products and is seeking to recruit a highly expereinced sales prefessional to head itd UAE sales operations.  Reporting to the Head, FMCG within the group the incumbentwill lead and direct the entire sales operation of the company with full P&L responsibility.  This role will be responsible for devloping and implementing innovative long and short term sales plans in line with overall business objectives to ensure continuos growth.  The ideal candidate should be qualified sales professional with an MBA having a minimum of 10-15 years expereince within the FMCG industry ou of which 8 years should be in manergerial role. Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
